Decadent S'mores Pie Recipe

Fun Fact: I don't need it to be summertime to crave s'mores. Nope. My sweet tooth just needs flare up a little bit and I'm ready for some marshmallowy, chocolatey goodness.

This recipe is everything that I love about traditional s'mores and then some. The buttery crust and the perfect distribution of sweets means that every bite is just the right ratio. When it comes to getting the perfect bite, ratio is important! If you're a foodie, you know what I'm talking about.

Lauren and I whipped this up based on the idea that we really couldn't go wrong. It turns out that we were right. You basically throw everything in between 2 pie crusts, bake, and then add more to the top. The beautiful thing about it is that it looks so impressive and the flavor is amazing.

Can you already imagine walking into a BBQ with this bad boy? How about popping it out of the oven for your family to enjoy for dinner? Better yet, making the whole thing just for yourself and not having to share a single slice of it.

Decadent S'mores Pie Recipe

Serves 8

2 pie crusts 7.5 oz jar of marshmallow Fluff 3 full size Hersey bars, chopped 1 c marshmallows 1/2 c mini chocolate chips 6 Graham crackers, crushed

1. Preheat 350°. 2. Butter the pie pan and put the first pie crust in the pan. Press down around the sides. 3. Spread the Fluff around the base of the pie. 4. Add the chopped Hershey bars, mini marshmallows, and half of the Graham crackers. 5. Cover with the second pie crust and push the edges down all the way around with the fork prongs. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 7. Top with mini chocolate chips. Let the chips warm up and then spread. 8. Top with remaining graham crackers.
